Face Shield Hero’s unique design is ultra light and stable. The frame is similar to wearing a pair of glasses.

No Foam or other absorbent parts. The whole shield and frame can be washed with soap and water or rubbed down with disinfectant.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

It can. Items in one order are sometimes packed and sent separately, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

Yes. As a consumer buying online in the EU you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw for any reason, with no fee and no explanation needed, and we refund the price plus the standard outbound delivery cost. We allow 15 days rather than 14.

Tell us and we sort it. A faulty, damaged or wrong item is our cost to put right, including the return postage, and you do not pay a handling fee on it.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, because most orders are picked within 24 hours. If it has not been dispatched we cancel it and refund you.

We do not publish a manufacturer warranty period for this item, so we will not claim one. Your statutory rights against a faulty product are unaffected and last two years under EU law.

Yes. Everything listed on this site is stock we hold; a line that has sold out comes off the site rather than staying up as a page you cannot buy from.

Not always, and we would rather say so. A clearance line is a finite quantity bought at a clearance price, so when it is gone the same item at the same price often cannot be repeated.

Because of how the stock was bought and because there is no shop front behind it. It is surplus, closeout or liquidation stock, sold new, out of a warehouse rather than a high street.

New. Clearance refers to the price, not the condition, and nothing here is used, refurbished or sold as seconds.
